What is your return policy?
Because printed artwork is custom-made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Original paintings are also considered final sale.
What if my artwork arrives damaged or defective?
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, the item will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded if a replacement is not available.
Can I return an item if I change my mind or it doesn’t fit my space?
We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.
Because printed items are produced on demand, returns for these reasons are not supported by our fulfillment partners.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, return shipping may be covered as part of the replacement process.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
How long do refunds take to process?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue has been verified and processed.
